1. Orders and Shipping
Q: How long does it take to process an order?
A: Orders placed before 12:00 PM are shipped the same day. Packages typically arrive the next business day. Personalized orders with engraving may take one business day longer to process.
Q: What shipping methods do you offer?
A: We offer delivery via InPost parcel lockers and courier.
Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: Shipping costs depend on the shipping method chosen. Exact prices are provided when placing your order.
Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: We currently only ship within Poland.
Q: Can I track the status of my order?
A: Yes, after shipping you will receive a tracking number that allows you to monitor your shipment.
Q: Do you issue VAT invoices?
A: Yes, we issue a VAT invoice upon request - just provide your Tax Identification Number when purchasing and the system will download all data from the Central Statistical Office.
2. Payments
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We support BLIK payments, quick transfers, Apple Pay, Google Pay and deferred payments via PayPro SA ul. Pastelowa 8, 60-198 Poznań (Przelewy24)
Q: Can I pay upon delivery?
A: Yes, you can pay by courier upon delivery.
3. Returns and complaints
Q: What is the deadline for returning a product?
A: The customer has 14 days to return the product from the date of receipt of the order.
Q: How can I make a return?
A: Please complete the returns form available on our website, return it to our email address, and await further instructions regarding your return address. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Q: What if the product is damaged?
A: If your product is damaged, please contact us and include photos of the defect. We will try to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Q: What fountain pens do you sell?
A: We offer a wide range of fountain pens, including premium and everyday models. Our bestseller is the Classic Script.
Q: Do you have premium products?
A: Yes, we offer premium ink and a high-quality leather case.
Q: Are you planning new products?
A: Yes, we plan to introduce new pens and cases.
Q: Can I order a pen with personalization (e.g. engraving)?
A: Yes, we offer engraving. The engraving option is visible for selected products next to the product (above the Add to Cart button).
Q: What is the warranty on the products?
A: The warranty on all products is 24 months.
Q: What kind of cartridges for the pen?
A: Each pen's specifications tab lists the cartridge type it uses. Cartridges are available for purchase in our store.
